In designing this process, I conducted research into how restaurant owners use other digital tools and services. I analyzed their workflow to determine how much time they can realistically dedicate to such tasks during busy hours. With this in mind, I focused on creating a design that allows for quick yet accurate setup, ensuring that essential information is clear and reliable, preventing any misunderstandings for new customers or regular diners.

The Economix Community Feed was designed to maximize user engagement and collaboration by emphasizing key interactions like forecasting, rating, and following top contributors. The card-based layout simplifies information consumption, presenting actionable insights while keeping the interface clean and intuitive. By integrating leaderboards, personalized updates, and reward-driven elements such as badges and achievements, the design encourages active participation and reinforces community trust. Its interconnected structure ensures seamless navigation across different platform features, making the feed both a central hub for updates and a driver for deeper engagement within the ecosystem.

In the case of unmanaged bulk orders—where multiple people place individual orders from the same restaurant—this detailed view helps managers track each order separately, ensuring all items are correctly prepared and delivered to the right recipients. This level of granularity enhances efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

The Forecast Modal allows users to make predictions by locking tokens for a 1-week period, incentivizing accuracy with clear rewards. A scrollable rules section ensures key details are accessible without clutter, and the “Submit Forecast” button guides users to complete their predictions transparently.
